Because billiard balls are probably the most important billiard supplies, it is important to keep them in good operating shape so that they can be used any time when you want to play billiards. One of the best ways to keep these balls in good shape is to wax them.

Many casual players who usually just play at a bowling alley or some other place may have never had the opportunity to wax billiard balls. Following the next few steps can help you know the process that you need to follow.

• Get a bottle of polish and shake it well. Polish is one of the billiard supplies that can come in handy when you are trying to enhance the billiard balls. You do not need a lot of polish. Take just a few drops to the surface of the balls you want to wax.

• Use a microfiber cloth to thoroughly rub the polish over the whole surface of the balls. Ensuring that these billiard supplies are polished well not only makes the balls perform better, but also look better.

• Use a different microfiber cloth to dry the billiard balls. Be sure to use a different cloth or you will not be able to dry these billiard supplies as much as they need to be dried.

• Take a look at the ball. If the polish looks uneven, simply get out the billiard supplies you used before and repeat the process. Do the same thing for each ball. By the time you are finished, you should be able to have billiard balls that look great and should roll well.
